What To Expect...

We understand that attending a new church can be a little intimidating, so we want to provide you with as much information as we can before you come. Take a look at the information below to learn more about what you can expect on a typical Sunday Morning. We look forward to worshiping with you at our 10:30am Service!

Parking is easy at River City Church! There is a lot open to the public on the north side of the building off of Dexter Avenue on the weekends, and several spots in front of the building. Parking meters are free after 6pm on weekdays and all-day on the weekend.

We have a wonderful nursery staff that is devoted to making your child feel safe and loved while you worship with us. Just go to any entrance and someone will be there to show you to the Nursery, which is located at the end of the hallway on the main floor. Please arrive a few minutes early to check your child in!

You are welcome to join us for refreshments before service or take them to your seat when the service starts. We typically provide coffee, lemonade, water, and pastries!

Children's Church

Children will be dismissed from the service during the Greeting time. You will be directed to where you can check your child in before service or during the greeting. After the service, you can pick them up in the children's room on the main floor next to the Nursery. We will be happy to show you where to go after the service.

Connection Cards

In your pew, you will find our connection cards. If this is your first time visiting, or you've never filled one out before, we would appreciate it if you would tell us a little bit about yourself and where you're visiting from. Feel free check off any ministries you'd like to learn more about. You can also list prayer requests so we can be praying for you.

What to Wear

River City Church is a "Come As You Are" congregation. We are less concerned with what you are wearing and more concerned with what God is doing in your life. Every Sunday you will find some dressed in business attire, some in jeans, and everything in-between. If you want to dress up, go for it! If you don't, we promise we won't judge! We're just blessed to have you worship with us!
